Motoring journalist have been kept busy as automaker released a flurry of new models in South Africa during May and June 2012. Even though July has just started automaker haven't let up with model launches.

The Infiniti brand is back with a vengeance in South Africa and has released several new premium models into the local market. Will the brand's resurgence be capable of taking on Japanese rival Lexus, not to mention its German counter parts?

BMW continues to play its numbers game and the latest single-digit badge to come up on its corporate roulette wheel for launch is the 6 Series Gran Coupe. We managed to get behind the wheel of the new 6 Series as well as the German automaker's M6.

Internationally, our own LES STEPHENSON took Volvo's V40 hatchback for spin in Verona, Italy while HAILEY PHILANDER was enthralled by Ford's new Focus ST in France. We've also managed to test out Chevrolet's diesel Ute.

Korean powerhouse Kia has launched a revised and more soulful..er Soul MPV on our shores as Renault reveals its next-generation Clio. The new model sports a radical design compared to the outgoing model and what’s more, it’s coming to SA early in 2013.
