It's only a couple of weeks to the international media launch of Ducati’s 1199 Panigale but the new superbike will headline the London Motorcycle Show this week along with the 2012 range.
Ducati says the 1199 Panigale will open a new chapter in the brand's superbike history and set the benchmark for future sport bikes.
Big ambitions for what is now the world's most powerful twin-cylinder (145kW) bike given it weighs only 164kg.

The Panigale also has a long list of features, among them anti-lock brakes, traction control, electronic suspension and engine braking control.
Supporting the top bike on the Ducati stand will be the Diavel, Multistrada, Streetfighter 848, 848 Evo Corse, Hypermotard and the Monster range.
The show will run from February 2-5, 2012.
