Its a sad day when you see or hear of an expensive exotic car involved in an accident.
A Pagani Huayra Roadster Prototype met an unfortunate fate when it crashed and ended up in the bushes during testing in Germany.
With great power...
According to Autoevolution, the twin-turbo V12 Italian hypercar crashed an hour away from the Mercedes-Benz headquarters in Affalterbach.
A 37-year old driver lost control of the car during testing and ended up in the bushes, neither the driver or passenger was injured, according to Autoblog.
The website also reported that the crash allegedly happened because of the test driver accelerating too quickly after slowing down at a road construction site.
By looking at the images, it's evident that the body of the vehicle sustained little to no physical damages, which was apparently part of the safety and design process.
Just like that old saying... "with great power comes great responsibility".
