MUNICH, Germany - BMW’s revised 6 Series and performance M6 will arrive in South Africa in early 2015. The facelift includes exterior and interior revisions and includes the Coupe, Gran Coupe and convertible.
The nose has a new signature BMW kidney grille with nine slats instead of 10 to create more airflow. Each model has adaptive diode headlights of a more angular shape, new external mirrors with built-in indicators, revised front air-intakes and diode foglights.
All models have 20" alloy rims.
NEW KIT, IMPROVED INTERIOR
The interior has new, high-quality, surfaces with two-tone leather an option. Satnav, heatable front seats, dual aircon, dynamic cruise control and heatable side-mirrors are standard, anti-dazzle auto headlights and 20” multi-spoked alloy rims are available.
Owners will be able to use the automaker’s Design Pure Experience and Design Pure Excellence equipment lines as well as an extended range of BMW Individual options.

M-POWER
The new M6 retains BMW M division's twin-turbo, 4.4 V8 petrol engine that's capable of 412kW/680Nm and delivers the goods through a seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox.
The new BMW 6 Series and M6 range will go on sale in South Africa in the second quarter of 2015. Local prices and specs will be confirmed closer to the launch dates.
