Audi used cars get maintenance plan

Most new Audis come with a standard 5 years/100 000 km Freeway Plan which takes care of all maintenance costs on the cars - excluding the usual tyres and fuel - but this is the first time buyers of pre-owned Audis from selected Audi Dealers across the country can also benefit from a similar plan.

The Freeway Plan for pre-owned Audis covers the vehicle for 2 years / 40 000 km. The Freeway Plan covers all maintenance and repairs, and excludes fuel, tyres, top-up fluids and glass.

There is also an optional extension to 200 000 km/5 years as well as Audi Assist - roadside assistance as added benefits. An added advantage is that it is transferable if the vehicle is sold again before the plan expires.

"There is no additional cost to the customer and it should give great peace of mind. It removes the major concern of all buyers of pre-owned cars, which is future maintenance costs.

It is a luxury previously enjoyed only by buyers of new Audis," says Mike Glendinning, general manager for Audi Marketing.
