On Thursday, 27 February, Top Gear will return for its 28th season.
Presented by Paddy McGuinness, Freddie Flintoff, and Chris Harris, the season looks to continue with all the thrills and spills the series became known for.
Viewers can expect more adventure, action, and banter as the trio builds forth on what is a winning recipe.
McLaren vs. Fighter Jet
In the new season, viewers will see the boys don cowboy hats and Ponchos in Peru, McGuinness piloting a motorised garden shed, Harris testing Volkswagen’s fully electric I.D. R, and Flintoff’s widely reported mishap in September when the motorised trike he was riding left Elvington Airfield’s runway at speed and disappeared into very long grass.
There is also a very interesting race between a McLaren Speedtail against a F35 Lightning combat jet.
Top Gear has come a long way since Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May left the series a few years ago. It may have gone through a few teething sessions, but it looks like the new season may have ironed it all out.
