The Toyota 2JZ-GTE is one of the most popular engines throughout the world, known for its impressive power and tuning potential.

Guys from the Youtube channel Life ODdecided to do something totally out of the norm by dropping the straight-6 engine into a 1957 Ferguson tractor.

Plenty of elbow and grease

This is by no means a straight fit, requiring plenty of mechanical and structural alterations to make sure the engine sits where the old carburetor one used to.

A tractor was never made to go fast but one can't help but think how it will perform and operate with an engine that came out of the factory with more than 200kW. We will have to wait and see what happens next.
