Lamborghini's new hypercar, which you can listen to above, is strictly for track-use only says the company's motorsport division, Squadra Corse.
The power and noise is courtesy of the 6.5-litre normally-aspirated V12 engine used in the Aventador shown in a teaser clip filmed at the Sant’Agata Bolognese factory, released by the Italian company.
We'll get a proper look at the limited edition model towards the end of 2020 but for now, this what they'll say about it: "Large rear wing, airscoop on the roof, and a racing hood with dual air intakes. With an aluminium front frame and a carbon fibre monocoque.
"The hypercar has been designed to be of the highest safety standards while an innovative self-locking type differential which allows better drivability on the circuit.”
The only hitch is that the wealthy owners of the new car won't be able to drive it on a public road, but why would they care? They've probably got a few more Lamborghini's in their garage.
