Nissan South Africa has launched a unique version of its popular Navara bakkie - it's called the Stealth edition.
Kabelo Rabotho, Director Marketing Nissan South Africa, said: "Nissan has more than 50 years of heritage in South Africa. The new Nissan Navara Stealth has been engineered specifically with the South African customer in mind, to meet the demands that are placed on them and to reflect something of who they are."
More rugged, redefined
Modelled on the tough-as-nails Navara luxury edition, this bakkie sports a number of design updates to make it an even more rugged, redefined version of the iconic bakkie.

It sports standard silver and chromed detailing along with black trim and orange accents. It also boasts a unique roll-bar, side steps and black alloy wheels.
The two-tone colouration is carried through into the interior, with seats featuring black leather side-bolsters and orange material inserts and stitching.

This rugged off-roader combines distinctive, rugged aesthetics with superior performance.
Rabotho said: "The new bakkie builds on the Navara’s name as a tough, luxurious and comfortable bakkie. These updates are designed for the customer who is passionate about vehicle accessories and looking for a bakkie that speaks to who they are."

Optimized driving experience
The Navara is available in 2- and 4-wheel drive configuration featuring a twin turbo engine capable of 140kW/450Nm, as well as a 7-speed automatic and a 5-link coil rear suspension.

Nissan Intelligent Mobility technologies that feature in the new bakkie include, the Intelligent Key System, the Intelligent 4x4 System – which assists drivers in smooth cornering by adjusting power output to the front and rear wheels – and Hill Start Assistance.

The new Navara also comes with Intelligent Around View Monitor, which uses four cameras positioned at different points around the bakkie to give the driver a 360-degree, aerial view of the vehicle and its surrounds.
The Navara Stealth is sold with a comprehensive three-year/90 000km service plan plus a class-leading six-year/150 000km warranty with Nissan Assured.
