As South African motorists continue to feel the pressure from ever-increasing fuel prices we take a look at the petrol prices at pump around the world.

Local road users  are currently paying R15.61 per litre for fuel.

Hong Kong, Monaco, and Norway top the list for the highest petrol price in the world.

Motorists in Hong Kong are currently paying a staggering $2.21 for a litre of petrol with Monaco not too far behind at $1.95 per litre.

Norway is third with motorists coughing-up $1.96 per litre.
