Positive note on 'water car'

I have been researching this for many years and can tell you that the concept is not new and that there are already many patents filed for this purpose (eg. US 493691 / 4081656 / 3262872)

I am very happy that this is now being done locally and would be interested in contacting the company to swap information and find out more about production plans.
