After months of delays and talks with goverment, the Gauteng e-toll system will be implemented, the transport minister reported.

This is disgusting and just another way for the ANC to make money to put into their own pockets. What is happening to our tax money and license fees that we are paying already? Why are we paying so much tax?
We have the highest cost of electricity, soon the highest petrol price and we get taxed so highly on everything that the average person can no longer afford to survive in this crime and corruption infested money hole called South Africa.
