Cape Town - 2017 should arrive already, and it should come quickly for one reason only: Fast 8!
The Fast and Furious franchise dropped the first official trailer for the latest installment on YouTube and it looks absolutely, insanely brilliant!
The movie is scheduled to hit international cinemas in April 2017, but we're uncertain for an SA release date as yet.
Major twist coming!
The trailer is all about what made the The Fast and the Furious franchise a hit. It has explosions, gorgeous women, amazing filming destinations and, of course, great cars.
But Fast 8 looks to have one of the biggest plot changes in the franchises history: Dom goes rogue!

As we reported on earlier in December, at this stage, very little is still known about the latest installment of the franchise, but what we do know is that Fast 8 sees many of the original members reprising their roles in addition to new A-list help: SA's Charlize Theron.

Cars that feature in the trailer include a Dodge Charger, Lamborghini Gallardo, Merc AMG GT, and some awesome-looking custom-built machinery.
