Ernest Page  took to the streets of Cape Town behind the wheel of the luxury SUV, went for a swim and also found out how its armband technology works.

Misplacing your keys is human nature and Jaguar has picked up on that by allowing the driver to leave the keys in the car and instead wear an armband.

"I too would be sceptical to leave the keys inside a R1.3-million car but it actually works out handy and lets you do whatever you need to without worrying about car keys," said Page.

Besides its sleek armband functionality, the F-Pace is a beast. Its 280kW supercharged engine is a prize jewel, taking just 5.5 seconds to reach 100km/h.
