A super car might be unattainable for most but it's quite a different prospect for the world's wealthiest.

Athletes and billionaires such as Lewis Hamilton and Mark Zuckerberg are capable, based on their monthly earnings, of affording incredibly pricey cars in hours.

An illustrious list

Using the Forbes Top 100 earners, the guys at GoCompare analysed what some of the richest drive and calculated how long it would take them to earn some of the flashier and thriftier rides in their collection.

Although the list shows Zlatan Ibrahimovic's Ferrari Enzo in first place at £2.3-million, Floyd Mayweather should be top with his Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita worth £3.7-million.

The founder of Walmart S. Robson Walton's Ferrari 250 GTO costs a whopping £39.2-million.
