1. Mitsubishi - Home air conditioning

D-Max, Eclipse Cross and Lancer - those are names of Mitsubishi cars but they are also known for producing home electrical appliances with their Mitsubishi Electric division.
This side of the brand started its life in 1921 with the introduction of an electric fan, and has gone on from strength to strength since then with a host of air-conditioning systems for residential, commercial, and industrial use.
2. Volkswagen - Sausages
We know them for giving us the likes of the Golf, Passat and Tiguan but other than automobiles, Volkswagen is also known for making currywurst sausages, which has been operating since 1973.
In 2017, the company made 6.8-million currywurst sausages in total which was more than the number of vehicles the brand sold worldwide that year. Vrrr phaa comes in all shapes and sizes it seems.
3. Peugeot - Pepper grinder

Before Peugeot became a world-renowned automaker, they first manufactured coffee grinders and pepper mills. This was back in the 1800s when the idea of making the brand's first car was still far away.
