While we may forgotten which day of the week it is after over a month of lockdown, I've been reminded it's a long weekend as South Africans celebrate Freedom Day on Monday, April 27.
We'll celebrate our 'freedom' as we commemorate the first post-apartheid elections held on that date in 1994.
The irony of course is that we're under lockdown conditions due to the coronavirus. And while the laughter of Cyril Ramaphosa's mask mishap has faded, it's always easy to find a bit of joy and entertainment for your long weekend.
We've earmarked a podcast channel by the guys at DriveNation, an Instagram-only car magazine by former Evo journalist Dan Prosser, and the very well-known former MotorSport magazine editor, Andrew Frankel.
