Luxury carmaker Jaguar Land Rover said it has won a case in China against local rival Jiangling Motors for making cars that copy features of Range Rover Evoque.
The Beijing Court ruled on Friday (March 22) that Jialing Motors' X7 SUV copied five unique features from the Land Rover Evoque.
All production, marketing and sales of the Landwind X7 must stop. The court also ruled that JLR should be compensated by the Chinese automaker.
The two cars have a similar shape and near-identical tail lights.
