So a Google Street View car crashed...

Grand Rapids, Michigan - A Google Street View car crashed while doing its 'rounds'.

Gizmodo reports that the incident took place in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on Monday (October 3) while the car was filming streets.

The Google car careered into another vehicle. Authorities described the crash as "minor" though judging from the images, the damage appears anything but.

One Redditor, known as 'Nurse-Patches', wrote on the social site: “I was so stoked to see the Google car that I whipped my phone out. I JUST missed catching the crash on Snapchat.”

According to Gizmodo, the Grand Rapids police department does not expect foul play to be involved, nor any drugs or alcohol.
