INNISFIL, Ontario — Nearly 100 vehicles piled up a crash near here as a snow storm blanketed a freeway.

NO MAJOR INJURIES
An Ontario provincial police spokesperson said officers counted 96 vehicles involved in the chain-reaction crash on Highway 400 south of Toronto but no major injuries were reported.
It happened as a snow squall moved into the region off Lake Huron and Georgian Bay in south-eastern Canada, creating white-out conditions on the highway.
Provincial police reported several highway closures across south-western Ontario.
