I believe the owner of the vehicle (or if a company vehicle the person to whom the vehicle was allocated) should be charged with manslaughter as they allowed the person to drive their vehicle without a valid drivers license

who said the owner allowed the youth to drive? Assumptions are the mother of all .......hmmmmm Let the law run its course before we all start resorting to bush law.

Whoever to blame does not help, it's a tragic event for the families involved. I doubt any adult will give keys to a 14 year old to drive around with about a dozen passengers - what an awful new year gift!!
