Hyundai’s facelifted i20 was launched in South Africa in August 2012. In February 2014, spy photographers spotted the next-generation of Hyundai’s popular hatchback undergoing testing in Europe.

The new i20 is likely to borrow styling cues from its new i10 sibling, launched in 2013.
The i20 prototype has an enlarged lower grille, redesigned headlights, vertical rear lights and a spoiler. The indicators have been incorporated into the side mirrors and the alloys closely resemble the ones seen on the current model.
Expect it to grow in size and offer more rear legroom as a result of an extended wheelbase.
The new Hyundai i20 is expected to be revealed later in 2014.
