BERLIN, Germany - In June 2015, Wheels24 reported on the debut of Alfa Romeo's Giulia at the new Alfa Museum in Arese, Italy.
In July, spy photographers captured images of a more mainstream version being tested on the Nurburgring in Germany.
The spy images reveal a ventilated hood, front air-splitter, huge alloy rims, sporty side skirts and a black spoiler.
TONED-DOWN GIULIA
Alfa Romeo hasn't said much about the standard Giulia but is expected to debut early in 2016 at either the North American or Geneva auto show.

Engine options also remain unconfirmed but speculation suggests there could be a turbocharged two-litre petrol, a 2.2 diesel (likely the one in the pictures) and a three-litre six-cylinder turbodiesel.
