2020 may have just begun, but December 2019 gave us a little something to remember it by. In this regard, here are which used cars sold in the greatest numbers.
AutoTrader reports that for December 2019, the Volkswagen Polo was the best selling used vehicle in the final month of 2019.
And while the total sales figures are not reported, we do know that the average price for the Polo was R209 435, and average year and mileage equates to a 2016 model with 57 338km on the odometer.
The Ford Ranger was the top used-bakkie; also a 2016 model with 86 044km covered. Average price for the Ranger is R304 998.
Other noticeable contenders on the list include the Mercedes-Benz C-Class (2012, R389 870, 78 474km) in third place, and Toyota Yaris (2017, R178 179, 45 474km) in tenth place.
