Naamsa figures reveal that 3414 Polos rolled off showroom floors last month - some 48 units more than the Toyota Hilux. Its closest rival, the smaller Polo Vivo, managed 1900 units to grab second place.
The Toyota Corolla/Auris/Quest secured third place with 1155 units sold.
