The BR-V is Honda's best-selling model so far this year with 1 088 units sold, sitting atop the gird with the Jazz in close pursuit.
The BR-V had its best month in March selling 277 units; Jazz, HR-V and Brio models are all strong sellers pulling in overall numbers 1 097, 897 and 1 037 respectively. These figures have been updated for September.
Civic sales struggling
The Civic sold the most units in June - a total of 34 while the overall figure sits at 172. Its performance derivative the Type R, priced at R627 900, bumped up sales slightly.

The CR-V and Ballade hold their own with only 64 units separating these models.
