The Toyota Hilux again topped the sales charts in September 2019 when it was the best-selling bakkie for the month.
It sold a massive 3410 units to comprehensively outsell the second-placed Ford Ranger. The Ranger, in turn, sold 2321 units.
In third place is the ever-popular Nissan NP200 on 2250 units.
Fourth place goes to the Isuzu D-Max/KB on 1204 units, followed by the Nissan NP300/Hardbody on 605 units.
The Mahindra Scorpio Pik-up managed a sales figure of 262 units, just clear of the Toyota Land Cruiser Pick-up on 247 units.
GWM’s Steed slots into eighth place with 170 units sold, seven clear of the Volkswagen Amarok on 163 units.
The Nissan Navara rounds out the top ten with 80 units.
