Next Merc G63 AMG: Monster 4x4 spotted

MUNICH, Germany - The Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 6x6 has enough charisma to compete with supercars in a crowded car park. Wheels24's spy photographers captured a new version of the AMG beast prowling Germany's snow-covered forests.

What’s new? Well, it rides on four, instead of six, wheels.

It’s powered by the same 5.5-litre twin-turbo V8 from its bigger 6x6 sibling. It also borrows the same centralised inflation system that allows the driver to adjust tyre pressures to terrain.

It has broader wheel-arches, modified bumpers and a roof extension.
