Michelin stars in plug-in Ford Focus

<b>NEED A MICHELIN-STARRED RESTAURANT?</b> Ford’s electric Focus will have access to the famous Michelin good-food guide through its Ford Sync2 connectivity system. <i>Image: Ford</i>

The 2015 Ford Focus Electric will use Michelin Energy Saver tyres and have the tyremaker's dining guide loaded on its Ford Sync2 connectivity system.

The Focus EV will be fitted with 215/55 R17 Michelin Energy Saver tyres to, it says, give owners "the optimum combination of safety, comfort and handling".

The tyre also offer the benefits of low rolling-resistance to maximise driving range.
