Jag's royal stamp of approval

COVENTRY, England – Jaguar’s E-Type has received a right royal stamp of approval as one of a set of six new First Class postage stamps launched by Britain’s Royal Mail.

Arguably one of the most beautiful vehicles to date, the E-type’s stunning looks and performance are celebrated.

The Jaguar E-type created a global sensation when it was unveiled at the 1961 Geneva auto show.

It is one of six classic British cars featured on the new stamps; the others are the 1962 MG B, 1963 Aston Martin DB5, 1965 Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow, 1968 Morgan Plus 8 and 1976 Lotus Esprit.
