Mahindra South Africa, which markets Mahindra and SsangYong vehicles throughout the country, believes it has improved its after-sales service with a "world class" parts distribution network.

The new system is paperless with Mahindra and SsangYong dealersable to trackorders online. The operation, Mahindra says, is already running at a first-time supply rate of more than 90%. The target is 99.7%.
