In 2005 we published spy photos of the newcomer, however, now Wheels24 reader Werner Lotter has spotted the car right here in South Africa too!
Pininfarina is responsible for the design of the new 599 GTB, which is code-named F139.
It is also sits on the shortened platform of the Ferrari 612 Scaglietti, which makes the next 575 M considerably bigger than the current model.
Our photos show that the 599 GTB design takes inspiration from the Scaglietti's styling.
The 599 GTB will also borrow the Scaglietti's front-mid- engine layout and will feature a 6-litre V12 with a power output of 462kW.
Apparently this new red-hot Italian will rocket from 0-100 km/h in less than four seconds.
