Steel tubing, a pair of rubber wheels and welding equipment are most of the things you need to be able to start this project.
No jack,no problem
Once everything is assembled and put together, it's time to test the new creation. Dr. Hacker notes that you must be strong enough to be able to lift the car into the air. Perhaps you'll need some help from a friend. He also advises that the device should not be used on modern or new cars because it will most certainly damage it.
