While the economy might currently be rife in South Africa, travelling abroad has not been put on ice for some.

The cool folk at Just Tyres have put together a cool graphic that shows which cities in Europe have the cheapest and most expensive travel cards.

So what is a travel card?

A travel card is a prepaid card which allows you to use the bus, train or tram, for a specific period of time, allowing you to make the best of your journey.
A short city break in Europe is the perfect way to explore new places in just a few days, particularly when European cities are easier to get to than ever before.

If you want to avoid driving, a travel card is a great way to get unlimited travel on public transport, ensuring that you’re able to squeeze in everything you want to see whilst you’re there. Just Tyres have researched the cost of travel cards in cities around Europe.
