Girl (15) shot dead after car 'prank'

LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas - A girl was shot and killed when a weekend prank went horribly wrong and a man opened fire on a car full of teenagers in Little Rock, Arkansas.

On February 15 2014 seven teenagers squeezed into a car, drove to a classmate's house, and tossed leaves on a vehicle parked in the driveway, Little Rock police said.

The group returned 45 minutes later and threw eggs, toilet paper and mayonnaise on the car but Willie Noble, father of the classmate was waiting for them.

FIRED 'TO SCARE THEM'

A police statement say Noble told police he "fired his handgun to scare them". Now he's facing a murder charge.

Adrian Broadway (15) was fatally shot in the head. Driver Deshon Nelson's hands were cut by flying glass after, police reported, "multiple" bullets hit the car.

Little Rock Police Lieutenant Sidney Allen told KARK news, a CNN affiliate station, said: "It seems to be an ongoing prank between the kids. Noble's child allegedly did a prank on some of the kids on Hallowe'en. As a friendly feud they went over there to do some pranks on their house."

Noble has been charged with one count of first-degree murder, one count of a terror act and five counts of aggravated assault.
