Rolls-Royce boss Torsten Müller-Ötvös expects a strong year for the German owned executive car maker.
With its range being bolstered by the Ghost model this year, Rolls-Royce sales have ballooned by 146% in the first five months of 2010.
The Ghost (which shares most of its engineering fundamentals with the current 7-Series) has driven Rolls-Royce production for the year thus far to a total of 678 units.
Despite Roll-Royce pricing (which starts on the high side of $250 000), the possibility of sales rolling into four figures by the end of 2010 appear entirely achievable.
Company head Torsten Müller-Ötvös expects the sales surge to continue throughout the 2010, suggesting that the automaker will post figures "at least double the volume of last year."
