The e-tron, presented in late 2018, was Audi's first all-electric-powered vehicle. Now, Audi has rolled out a second electric model: another SUV, but with coupe body contours.

A 300kW output gives the e-tron Sportback a range of up to 446 kilometer. It has 560Nm but with overboost there's 664Nm on tap.

Audi South Africa is very excited to bring the first model, the e-tron to local shores towards the end of next year. Porsche is also bringing its all-electric Taycan sportscar to SA, while Nissan will also be bringing the new Leaf. This means there will be five electric models available in the local market in 2020.
