A cool special exercise regime by Volkswagen is helping drivers stay fit and healthy while doing their job.

The commercial van comes complete with all the tools for a workout while the programmer utilises certain parts of the van to help you train.

Looking after your health

Some of exercises include bumper dips, panel push-ups and seated wrench curls, each with their own set of repetition duration.

The primary goal behind the programme is to help people with busy schedules look after their health when they don't have the time to visit the gym.
