Ford embraces fighter jet technology for its new Focus

Technology developed for fighter jets is helping to improve the driving experience for the all-new Focus, which offers Ford's first head-up display for Europe.

The display makes it easier for drivers to keep their eyes on the road as they monitor information including speed, navigation and road signs on a display projected to overlay the view ahead.

Wheels24's Janine Van der Post will be attending the World Drive of the new SA-bound Ford Focus in Nice, France during July.

The new Focus will arrive in South Africa later in 2018.
