300C goes under the knife

Ahead of official details of the revisions expected for Chrysler's 300C, we've snapped the facelifted model doing the rounds.

300C has a very distinctive grille section and with it being left uncovered as it is on these pictures, we can only hazard a guess that the front section of the car will remain relatively unchanged.

However, most of the changes seem to have been effected at the rear. While most of the rear is covered in plastic, the repositioned third brake light is visible in the bootlid, rather than in the rear screen as before.

The slightly revised 300C is expected to go into production later this year, with first models in South Africa likely within the first half of 2008.
