See the moment a cocky Ferrari 458 driver runs over a New York cop's foot. He was dropped and cuffed in a very short order – all while his reality-TV star girlfriend looked on.
The driver of a Ferrari 458 returned to his car on Saturday to find a policeman issuing a fine. Refusing to listen, he got right into the car and tried to drive off, despite repeat orders from the cop not to move, and ran over the cop’s foot.
'YOU RUN DOWN MY FOOT!'
But the driver, said to be internet entrepreneur Julien Chabbott, was soon taught a lesson, as his girlfriend Stephanie Pratt of MTV show "The Hills" looked on helplessly while passer-by Damian Mory recorded the incident in Manhattan’s SoHo district on to camera and filed the video on YouTube.
The video shows Chabbott get into his red 458 as the cop stands in front of the car, still writing out the ticket. The car starts to move forward and the cop cautions Chabbott to stop before punching the driver’s window yelling, “You run down my f***** foot!”
The cop then opens the Ferrari's door, drags Chabbott out and – with help from another officer – pins the offender to the tar before handcuffing him. The video later shows Chabbott being bundled into a police car as his girlfriend, Pratt, leaves the scene in his Ferrari.
It was alleged that the car was legally parked in a hotel’s valet zone when the ticket was issued.
The lesson to be learnt here? The next time a traffic cop hands you a parking ticket, just smle and take it.
