The Rometsch-Beeskow, also nicknamed the 'Banana', shares an interesting past and also borrows styling cues from different manufacturers.

After the Second World War, the Berlin coach-building company Friedrich Rometsch developed a new car built on the chassis of an old VW Beetle and that was just the start of it all.

Elegant and classic

The cabriolet looks similar to the Porsche 356, boasting a longer elongated shape and the engine tucked away in the rear just like the Beetle.

The car might be built on the foundation of others but it's a classic in its own right.
