WATCH | The new SA-bound Mazda CX-30 means business

Mazda is on the model offensive with the release of a few new offerings, one of which is the CX-30 compact SUV.

The Japanese brand's famous Kodo Soul of Motion, inspired by Japanese art, is a theme on all Mazda's cars and none more so than here. Striking, but smooth features that put it on par with other examples in its segment.

What you need to know

It is currently only available in petrol, featuring Mazda's famous SkyActiv technology that deactivates cylinder operation at specific times during your drive to save fuel. It is also available in a total of five trim levels.

No details have yet been released regarding specifications but it will be arriving on South African shores in the first quarter of 2020, according to Mazda SA.
