The Honda CR-V is one of the best-selling SUVs worldwide. The modified version of the fifth-generation no longer offers a diesel engine but is available as a seven-seater for the first time.

Gone is the picnic table in the boot found in the first-generation (launched 20 years ago) as it evolves to be a more stylish, spacious globally popular SUV.

Honda South Africa is not yet able to confirm if and when the new version will be arriving locally.

Better refinement

Honda has put in plenty of effort and detail into the latest generation which is exemplified by a new interior and 142kW engine and nifty all-wheel-drive system.

It ticks plenty of boxes and will most definitely be a firm favourite among buyers with an extended family as the space is a big positive.
