Suzuki is celebrating its recent sales success in South Africa with the introduction special edition models of the Swift and Ignis.
Customers can get their hands on a Swift 1.2 GL Special Edition (or SE) and two new versions of the Ignis, the 1.2 GL SE and 1.2 GLX SE at delaerships across the country.
'Unique style and individuality'
"The Swift Special Edition and two Ignis Special Edition variants offer customers the chance to express their unique style and individuality," says André Venter, divisional manager for sales and marketing at Suzuki Auto South Africa.

"As exclusive versions of our top-selling models, we are confident that it will find favour with fans of the brand and the specific models alike," he adds.

Made to stand out
Each model is noticeably distinctive with a host of eye-catching features. Besides the black striped body decal, everything from the rear roof spoiler, front grille and side mirror covers have been coated in blue. It comes equipped with a touch screen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto functionality.

Turning attentions to the Ignis, it has seen a number of additions over the standard model like black door cladding, door visors, a rigid mud flap set, red garnish on the front grille and red side body decals.
It retains most of the features on the stock version bar a few 'special' additions. A white grille surround, centre bar garnish and new fog lamp bezels forms part of the look while styling is further enhanced with side decals in white, door visors and rounded off by a rear roof spoiler.

"We know that customers who opt for a Special Edition model like to stand out, so we have introduced the SE models in a choice of several colours. These are available in very limited numbers for each model," says Venter.
Buyers can choose between Arctic White and Silky Silver body colour options for both model. There will only be 50 units available for the Swift and 25 for the Ignis. The Swift is priced at R193 900 while the Ignis goes for R184 400 for the GL manual and R212 400 for the GLX manual.
Both comes with a 2-year/30 000km service plan and 5-year/200 000km promotional warranty.
