The BMW X5 tops the sales charts with a commanding lead over its luxury SUV rivals in South Africa.
The X5 sold 143 units in June 2019, while its closest rival, the Toyota Land Cruiser 200, sold 89 units.
Land Rover’s Range Rover/RR Sport slips into third place on 81 units, followed by the Toyota Prado on 75 units.
Volvo's XC90 takes fifth place in June with 45 units sold, while the Range Rover Velar managed 40 units. The Land Rover Discovery sold 34 units in seventh place.
The Jaguar F-Pace makes a welcome return to our list and managed to secure the signatures of 30 eager customers. BMW's luxury X7 retained its position on our list and slots into ninth place. It sold 25 units.
Rounding out the top ten is the only SUV from the Audi/VW stable, the Volkswagen Touareg. Though slotting into tenth, as with the X7 it also managed 25 units.
