Renault's facelifted Kwid arrives in SA

Renault has updated its popular Kwid entry-level with bigger 14-inch wheels and most importantly, a new rear axle adding to the safety of the vehicle by improving its road holding.

On the outside, the changes include LED daytime driving lights with a silver streak and tail lamps with LED light guides.

Inside, there are new chrome finishes and seat fabrics, there's also a new steering wheel and centre fascia.

There's only one engine on offer: a 1.0-litre three-cylinder 50kW and 91Nm. It is paired to a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT gearbox.
