For the love of Vrrphaaa: 'I drive the most beautiful Golf GTi in George' - Reader

Francois Germishuys, an avid Volkswagen Golf GTi owner, shares his thoughts on his 'baby' - a Mk6 GTI. 

Germishuys says his Golf GTi VI is a 2012 model and he is very "proud of my baby".

What does he love most about his GTi? "The sex appeal, its performance and most certainly its looks. I think I have the most beautiful-looking GTi in George." 

Germishuys says he purchased the Mk6 GTI since many years ago he drove a Golf Mk1 GTi. It's always been a dream of his to own another performance Golf.

Germishuys said: "When I had retired in December last year, I started looking for a decent GTi. So when I came across this baby, I bought it immediately. 

"The Mk7 GTi is great, but I believe my MK6 is still a winner. This car is a looker, and you won't believe how many photos are always being snapped by the community of George, of my beloved car."

Francois says his car is his second wife, and says he probably treats it better than he should his spouse. (Let's hope she doesn't read this!)

"I clean her twice a week, every week."
