A hybrid car – employing the all-wheel drive Lexus hybrid drive system similar to a GS450h – LF-Xh highlights the potential of Lexus’s L-finesse design philosophy.
Lexus says it features elegant, highly sculptured bodywork. We say it looks good, but the nose has a lot of Honda CR-V to it and so does the blue-backlighting of the interior.
The Lexus hybrid drive system, currently available in the GS450h, combines a 3.5-litre V6 engine producing 218kW and 147kW electric motor to ensure seamless, yet efficient, high performance driving characteristics.
It’s hard to say what production form the LF-Xh could morph into; our bets are as a possible RX replacement.
