Sizzling Alfa 159 on cards

The new 159, which is the successor to the iconic 156, was only recently introduced. According to insiders the GTA version will only appear at the 2007 Frankfurt Motor Show.

Rumours have it that the 159 GTA will get a 3.2-litre bi-turbo V6 engine. Apparently this engine will kick out about 300 kW.

Alfa is also to launch a Sportwagon derivative of the 159 early in 2006. Of course a GTA model will also be added to the Sportwagon's line-up at some stage.
